"Awful awful and again awful service!!! Nothing more than a massive disappointment. Ordered my jacket 3rd January and it cost me £200. In the confirmation email they stated that estimated delivery was 13th or 14th January. At the end of January I was moving to another country thinking lovely I will have my jacket by then. Nope. When I started asking in the middle of Jan where my jacket is I was told it will arrive soon , sure never did. When I requested my refund I only heard excuses. Now it’s 26th of May and still haven’t received my money. Next week I am going to a small claims court to get my money back. Nothing but shame."

"So I NEVER leave bad reviews but my experience with this company was especially horrible that I had to. When I first read all the negative reviews I decided to just go for it and purchase from their website anyways because it's easy, not too pricey and there is a lot of variety, but TRUST ME do not buy from them, it's not worth it. I ordered a ski jacket amongst many other ski things (over $500 in total), and the jacket alone was almost $300. They sent me the wrong ski jacket, I ordered one that was pink and I received a black and white one. I was extremely disappointed because I invested a lot of money and expect at least the right product. I waited a while to process the refund because I wanted to see if I could warm up to the jacket and get other people's opinions and had to wear my old ski jacket in the meantime. When I requested a refund they kept asking for a picture of a barcode that I couldn't find anywhere on the jacket, I assume it was on the packaging that I threw away, even though ALL the tickets were still on the jacket. Finally they told me that without the barcode they couldn't do anything and also accused me of wearing the jacket because they saw a stain in one of the pictures, even though I told them it's probably dust. Anyway, in my opinion these guys just stole $300 from me because there's no way i'm wearing that jacket. Horrible experience trust me it's not worth it."
"The absolute worst Onlineshop to buy from. I ordered a backpack in early January, paid express delivery and waiting since then for my parcel. I’ve left South Africa (the country of destination) in the mean time and nothing changes since 1,5 months in my tracking status. Contacting the customer service doesn’t help me at all, they just ignore your concerns and my wish to stop any process and to get my money back. In the meantime I bought another backpack from another shop and will not be able to receive, neither return the item. I’m really disappointed and very angry about such handling! "
"I ordered an awesome Dynastar snowboarding jacket on a really great sale. My experience with shipping: I got shipping notifications from Spring GDS while my jacket was in Europe. Once the jacket got to the states, it was handed off to USPS first class. First class is cheap and slow, USPS doesn’t even provide a regular tracking number. However, I could follow the jacket’s progress using the Spring GDS tracking number. I saw that it went through ICS in NYC, which is customs. It made it to DC where I live in a few days and then hung out in DC for 2 weeks until I got it. I tried to call USPS and they told me they have no information - clearly they have all the info (even I could see some tracking info) but they will not provide details because it’s a first class package. I’m lucky it came so quickly. The last time I ordered from Europe it took months.
I’m giving 4 stars because I got a great deal but I had to hunt down the tracking information on my own. It should be clearly stated that packages sent to the US are handed of to USPS."

"Placed an order with them on 1/31/2021. By 2/11/2021 I still did not have an updated delivery date. I reached out to customer service and found out the item was a delayed by a week. AND then it would take another month to arrive after shipping. Don't buy from here if you're in the USA. They're based in Spain and are just difficult to deal with.

Amazing that they charge your credit card as soon as you place the order but take their sweet sweet time in making the delivery.

"I ordered a Burton jacket in mid-May of 2020. It shipped out on May 26, 2020 and arrived on August 27, 2020. It took THREE MONTHS to arrive!!!!
I reached out to customer service and was connected with Sharon C. Sharon was rude, did not offer an apology, and refused to cover return shipping. Her rationale was that shipping times are "estimated". I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor and she said "no" then ended the chat. Please, please, PLEASE stay away from SnowInn unless you are fine receiving your order next year."
"Worst COMPANY I ever experienced.
I brought a jacket that cost $331.98 it arrived 8 weeks later with a broken zip.
I contacted the company for a return address, they did not respond to any of my emails. So I returned the jacket to the address on the postage. It cost me $68 to return.
After weeks of ignoring my emails for a refund the company said they would not pay for the return cost and I have still not got a refund months later for the jacket. Overall, they ripped me off $399 for damaged goods.
This is a truly nightmare company. They NEVER respond to emails and when they do and you ask a question. You guessed it nothing!!! Zero.
I put a review here and they got it taken down saying it was false, In case SNOWINN tries to take this review down.
