"ordered coffee using based on promotional offer; received order and 2nd unsolicited order; canceled "club membership" same day; by fax and telephone where message was left. 3rd order received and refused. refunded shipment cost when called and reminded however refund was minus shipping; left message requesting a call. Their recording states calls are retuned in 24 hours. After 4 days called again; shipping refund was refused. They knew membership was canceled but shipped anyway; they claim shipment had already been made; since there was well over a week between cancelation and receipt of 3rd shipment (2nd unsolicited shipment) this is bad business.
They were rude and unprofessional on the telephone;apparently they are now pushing wine more than coffee and their recordings suggest customers have it delivered to their place of business rather than their homes so there will be no missed deliveries. I suggested to them that this was inappropriate and they laughed at me.
