"I bought a snugglePedic last July. It helped immediately with my nightly neck pain. When I felt I needed it firmer, relief mart sent more firm fill for free and included a pillowcase which does seem to keep it cooler. A few weeks ago, it seemed just a bit too firm. I contacted relief mart and they sent me soft fill for free to mix in. I took out some of the firm and added in soft and now it's just perfect. This company works with you to make sure you are satisfied and I really am. I have tried so many pillows because my neck always hurts from having to walk with a cane. So I have ordered 4 more to give to friends and family. Everyone loves the pillow. Once I was able to adjust it to my needs I have never had a better nights sleep. "Customer service has been great so far. The pillows are of really high quality and are very comfortable. My main concern when trying a new product is durability, and it may be too early to tell on this particular product, but so far so good! We've had our pillows for a couple months now and they feel the same as they did the day we got them. We have not had to contact customer service with any concerns to be able to say for sure what that process is like, but based on how often they reach out to make sure we're still satisfied, I don't think we'll have any issues dealing with any problems that arise."
