"FINALLY a company that gets it right when it comes to pillows! Even infinitesimal differences in fill can make a huge difference in a person’s level of comfort. I have honestly tried them all… "My Pillow", 4 kinds of Tempur Pedics, a half dozen from Bed Bath & Beyond and a couple from Costco… I returned the ones I could, the others are stuffed in shams to make all the beds look pretty and prop us up for reading because they were expensive, but non-returnable.

When your pillow came, I slept the first night with it and though it was initially comfortable, it was just too bulky for me… It bent my neck just a little too much and I switched it out for the tempurpedic after 3 hours or so…

The next day, "AND HERE’S THE KEY TO WHAT WILL BE YOUR SUCCESS", I zipped open the pillow and removed a little of the fill, then a little more, and so on until I felt I had the exact amount of support, comfort and buoyancy I personally needed. The second night and thereafter, I went to sleep comfortable and woke up comfortable, THAT was an AWESOME feeling! NONE of the other pillows I’d purchased before would let me adjust the fill to my specifications, half of them were overpriced and most of them were non returnable.

I’m not sure who’s more happy, me for getting a decent night’s sleep on my customized pillow, or the wife who doesn’t see me sneaking in yet another bloody pillow to try out before hiding it in a closet!

Thanks a lot for coming up with what should have been a no brainer idea in the first place for pillows! I’ll be getting a second pillow soon to travel and cruise with as the king is too big for that."
