"I rarely do reviews because I don't usually want to take the time to write one but I must make an exception for the Snuggle Pedic pillow. Have tried many pillows in the past and ultimately being disappointed. I figured the same would occur here but with a 120 day sleep trail and free adjustments, I figured how could I go wrong. My advice is buy this pillow. You will be happy and if you are not they will fix it. Costumer service is exceptional. When I first received the pillow it was to overstuffed. I took out about 20% of the foam and it was much better but a little to firm. Not wanting to take out any more foam because I felt it would be to flat I contacted the company. Actually they contacted me first to make sure I was happy with the pillow. I told them my concerns and they emailed me back quickly letting me know they were sending out a custom blend. While the current blend is very good and I could certainly live with it I was impressed that they, like me, wanted to try to do better. Everyone sleeps different so it is hard to have a "one size fits all" with pillows like most manufacture try to tell you. I did not get any reply from them like "well, sleep on it longer, you need to adjust to your new pillow" or "it take time to get used to this type of pillow". Why should I adjust to the pillow, it should adjust to me and that's how they seem to feel also. Well, that's about enough about my pillow existence. Bottom line, buy it. For $59 for the queen size it is less expensive than most pillows out there that you can't adjust and sometimes can return if you are unhappy. Work with them to make it just the way you want. And in the end of if you really don't like it, which is unlikely, you have 120 days to send it back and try a different company. But you won't get this level of satisfaction from someone else. I could not be more happy to be I received my snuggle pedic very quickly and they provided free two day shipping. "

"I bought one of the SnugglePedic Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam pillows. I know I have wasted hundreds of dollars on pillows over the last 5 years and never found one that helped me at all. "I’ve had neck pain for years and so was using a foam contour neck pillow. After reading other reviews, I decided to see if this pillow could help and I’m so glad I did. After the first night, I woke up more refreshed than I had in years and my neck pain was better. I’ve never slept better and am simply amazed at the difference the right pillow can make for someone with arthritis and neck pain. Each day my neck pain lessens and it’s finally improving, I’m so glad I decided to give this pillow a try.

After a few days, I received an email from SnugglePedic asking how the pillow was working out and it included instructions in case I needed an adjustment to the pillow — more or less foam, firmer mix of foam, etc. Wow, I was so impressed with their willingness to make sure that I am pleased, and I truly am.
