I'm 65 and have gone through a LOT of pillows in my life, none of which I particularly liked. Thanks to SnugglePedic, I've had my dream pillow now for over a year and it's as wonderful as the day I got it: perfect thickness and firmness, and it holds its shape during the night while remaining cool.

The only thing possibly better than the SnugglePedic pillow is Relief-Mart's amazing customer service. They say they will customize your pillow to your exact specifications, and I put them to the task. OK, I drove those poor people crazy. But the wonderful folks at Relief-Mart appreciate the fact that no two people agree on what the ideal pillow should feel like. (My wife HATES my pillow, and the feeling is mutual.) Accordingly, they send you the "stock" version of their pillow, but allow you to return it — postage paid both ways! — for customization. Too thick? They'll make it thinner. Too firm? They'll make it softer. Too small? They'll make it bigger. And there are human beings you can email and speak with by phone with any questions. In my case (full disclosure: I'm a little crazy when it comes to my pillow), I sent the original pillow back to have it modified, then returned the modified version for further tweaking. The result is that my third pillow is perfection — and all shipping was free. Who else does this? Relief Mart has raised the customer service bar for everybody else out there! "

"My wife ordered the first of our pillows and then had it custom fitted to her needs. She raved about the pillow and the way she was treated. I was pleasantly surprise when it was my turn to get a pillow from SnugglePedic. When I called about modifying my pillow I got a person that is here in the states and it's so nice to be able to understand the service rep. and not have to tell them to slow down so I can follow what they are saying. My hearing is not the best and when you throw in a heavy accent and some one that speaks at light speed I have a problem understanding what they are saying. We are planning to buy more from SnugglePedic because they have a very good product, do what they advertise and their customer service is like you are one of their best friends. Other companies that have out sourced their customer service need to take notes on how the SnugglePedic people treat their customers. Your right! I wish there were more satisfaction stars!"

"I have owned the Snuggle Pedic pillow for three weeks now and have been thrilled at my ability to sleep soundly through the night, and wake up without any neck pain whatsoever! The product is cool to sleep on, its cover is handsome and beautiful, and its quality is excellent. I have dealt with their personnel (Stephanie) because I ordered a second pillow for our little getaway at the beach and they have been professional, personal and truly treat their customers as one would like to be treated! I placed the pillow for ten minutes (as recommended) in the dryer when I got it, and it returned to its normal size right away!"

"I've been using the pillow for a few months now. I love it! When I first received it, I put it in the dryer for 20 minutes or so to fluff it up. I repeat that every couple of weeks. The pillow is supportive but not too firm. It's very comfortable."

"I own a mattress topper by this company and it is impressive quality. It was easy to place onto the bed once it had aired out- it came with a slight odor (which is normal) due to the material but that soon dissipated.

I own a King size bed and this topper was a little more wide than my mattress but the mattress pad and sheets fit over it well with no problems. It's very comfortable to lay on. It's very soft to the touch. I'm a bit on the heavy side in the lower part of the body, so of course, that area of my body sinks a bit into this more than the rest but it's still very comfortable and I don't experience the back pain I was having as bad before owning this.

We are in need of a new mattress and right now, this topper is helping us sleep soundly until we can afford to get a new mattress. I contacted the company for information about the product and they were extremely nice and professional and really made me feel at ease about my purchase. The company seems to really care about their customers, making sure they are pleased with the items this company sells and that makes me have high respect for them. Care and quality seem to go into every product they make and I can definitely recommend this company to anyone who is needing high quality items so they can begin sleeping comfortably and soundly from now on.

"Delivery of my mattress topper was very quick! The product is packaged very tightly and properly. Upon unrolling the mattress topper there is a slight smell, which I expected. The smell goes away pretty quickly and then you're ready to go! I first tried the mattress topper on a very old, uncomfortable bed at my family's lake home. This is a mattress that my husband and I have never slept comfortably on. Amazingly, we both slept like babies from the first night on. My husband has severe lower back pain and this mattress always makes it worse. He was very surprised to find he had no back pain when he woke in the morning. Each night since then has been pretty much the same.
The next place we tested the mattress topper was on a $3,700, custom-made mattress. While we weren't expecting much of a change, I can definitely say that the comfort was slightly better. We used it on that mattress for a little over a week before returning it to the lake house where it was a necessity.
As for service, SnugglePedic seems to really go above and beyond to ensure we were happy. They offer a great warrantee as well. We are definitely very satisfied customers and would strongly recommend anyone searching for a new mattress topper or a way to make their mattress more comfortable to use their service. "I ordered my snuggle pedic bamboo king sized pillow on amazon. I received this pillow and found that it was too thick for my needs. I called Snuggle Pedic and they paid for me to return the pillow to them and then customized the pillow to my measurements and requests. Who does that?? I got the pillow back from them in a little less than 2 weeks from my shipping date and its AWESOME! So much so that I have ordered another one direct from the company and customized to be the same. Should be shipping out of the factory already customized per my prior order in only 2 days. Also with free shipping! These are great pillows and the company has phenomenal customer service! But a simple phone call and they gave me label to return the pillow for customization!This company is worth buying from! They will customize for free twice! "This is the second item I've ordered from snuggle-pedic, and they are amazing!! The products they produce and their customer service are total game changers.

See, my 4 girls and I have a disease called elders danlos syndrome, and in our home it causes immense joint pain, especially when we sleep. I normally wake up every couple hours to adjust my body or go sleep some where else. In the past week I've had this, I've slept all night in my bed. I'm getting an entire nights sleep, waking up pain free, I'm not dragging through the day, or needing 2 pots of coffee.

My 2 youngest girls have been in my bed too almost every night since I've gotten this, and though there's 3 of us in a king bed, I can tell they are sleeping better also. My youngest is 5 and had a long history of waking me up screaming from her legs hurting, and though this isn't the full cure for that, it has helped because it cradles her whole body making sure there's no heavy pressure areas.

I will be diligently saving up to purchase 5 more of these, one for each of my children (I also have an autistic son), and I can't wait to see how they continue to improve our lives. It's such a blessing for our home to find quality, therapeutic level items at an affordable price, and I know snuggle-pedic isn't advertised for that level, but in our home, and in our experience, that is their amazing level.
