I was aware hat sleeping on my side would be less pain and stress on my back, but my knees wouldn't allow me to sleep on my side. This body pillow lets me sleep comfortably on my side with my body in a wide variety of positions,. Two nights in and two nights of long sleep sessions. I'm thrilled with the comfort of this pillow and cover. I'm also thrilled with the contact from the seller by email to make sure that I was happy, even wanting to fix suggestions that I had that could improve the pillow but did not need to be fixed on mine....the customer service is beyond expectations. "I was cautious about buying a pillow from a company that I was not familiar with. I looked on line and found consistently good reviews on this pillow. I took the plunge and ordered it. My last pillow (from a big box store) was getting a bit too thin for me. I have only had this pillow for a couple of nights. This pillow is thicker and definitely holds its shape well.

Very minimal smell out of the box and that seems to have gone away.

"There's a local company in my city that offers a showroom full of online/bed-in-a-box mattresses. This is where my wife and I discovered Snuggle-Pedic.

I had been very skeptical about the whole bed-in-a-box phenomenon but figured giving it a shot after trying this model in the showroom. It felt a little too stiff for me at first, but the mattress cover made a huge difference. Overall, it took a couple weeks to get used to the mattress, but it has been nothing less than amazing. "My son ordered a SnugglePedic pillow a few weeks ago and when he was gone for a short trip I decided to try it out. I have some arthritis in my neck and upper back from years of sports and weightlifting and usually wake up with stiffness in my neck. After sleeping on his pillow I woke up with no stiffness and slept great. I ordered mine and received it in a few days. After unwrapping it, I placed it in the dryer as recommended and the fill came to life. I've been sleeping on it for less than a week and I haven't had a stiff neck in the morning since!
Today I was contacted by customer service just to see how everything was going and if there was anything they could do to make sure I was satisfied with the pillow. They also offered to send me a free pillow case. How often does that happen? I only wish I knew about SnugglePedic sooner because we just purchased a new memory foam mattress from a well known maker this past summer. The mattress has been great, but I never received any communication from the maker asking how my experience has been and wondering it there was anything they could do to make it better. I would not hesitate to recommend this pillow to anyone. It has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. If you need a mattress, I wouldn't hesitate to get one of those as well.
