"I bought a Snuggle-Pedic pillow based on their website description and it is bar far the best pillow I’ve ever used. It holds its shape and is very comfortable all night long.
My foam mattress needed to be replaced and I tried a Casper mattress at a kiosk in a local mall. I tried it for a few minutes and thought it would work. I was wrong. The second layer of memory foam takes a while to “form” and only then did I learn that when I slept on my left side there were unacceptable pressure points at my hip and shoulder. The rib cage on my left side doesn’t extend as far from my spine as does the right side. I prefer to sleep on my left side. I tried the Casper for a month and it didn’t change so I returned it.
I looked at the Snuggle-Pedic website and learned that they can make adjustments to their mattress after delivery by adding to or changing the foam layers because they do not glue the layers together and manufacture the mattresses adjustments at their plant. I ordered a mattress and the pressure point at my left shoulder disappeared but there was still some discomfort at my hip. I contacted Snuggle-Pedic and they sent me a “transitional” layer that I easily installed under the top foam layer. The mattress is now perfect.
The combination of a Snuggle-Pedic pillow and mattress is unbeatable.

I was so happy with the body pillow and organic pillow case, I came back and second time for two queen pillows, and a third time for another body pillow case. "I saw a similar pillow in a store and looked up Bamboo pillows on the internet. After reading the information for the SnugglePedic I decided to try them. I ordered two King Size pillows and only opened one when I received them. I followed the instructions and after a few nights realized that I needed more filling so I contacted SnugglePedic and discussed it with them and they sent me more foam. When it arrived I contacted them by email to make sure I was adding the foam correctly. I added the foam yesterday and it make a big difference in how the pillow felt. I have a large frame and the filling that came with the pillow was not enough but what they sent me improved my head position. I will give this a few nights to make sure everything is good and then order more filling for my other pillow.

"I have a very bad lower back problem and needed to find the best sleeping solution as my back pain often wakes me up. While a bed certainly is not going to heal back problems, the one helps me to find a comfortable place to settle comfortably, which facilitates a much better night of sleep than before. The difference between this and a standard mattress is huge. The bed is firmer and more steady feeling –– it doesn't shake like a traditional mattress. SnugglePedic was excellent and prompt about providing replacement foam inserts to adjust the firmness of the bed to my liking. The replacement layers are a cinch to insert. I had heard that foam beds generate heat and emit odors. This bed absolutely does not. I am very satisfied with my new mattress and could never go back to the traditional type."
