"Our Company paid $429.00 for a printer on November 30, 2015...Have not received a printer! I have left multiple phone calls. I have sent a certified letter...it was signed for and received on February 26th, 2016. It is now March 18th, 2016 and I have yet to be contacted. Is this Company bankrupt? How in the world can you expect to get any service from a Company if you can't even get the unit you paid for? This is beyond acceptable and am not certain how a Company can get away without even responding....good or bad. I will be leaving this up to the State of Oregon who has paid for this Printer yet has not received it. Perhaps their legal efforts will put a fire under these folks. This is becoming outright theft!"
"While my review originally stated the slowness of the company, there came great reasons behind it all. A bit more of an explanation from the helpful staff really makes a difference. Of course, response times are still a little slow, and it seems impossible to reach them on the phone, you will receive a quality product from a company working hard to earn your business!"

"I tired to get a hold of customer service after not receiving any feedback about an order. Turns out there was an issue with the item in the warehouse. Customer service finally got in touch with me. They apologized for the delay and gave me a $50 gift certificate that is good for anything in inventory."
