"As an innkeeper, I am always on the lookout for great ideas when traveling. On a recent trip to Tualatin, OR I stayed at the Century Hotel and had a fantastic pillow...the Westex Sobella. I am a side (and occasional) back sleeper. I need a lot of neck support but don't like a hard, overstuffed pillow or one that billows up and smothers me when I lay on it. When I returned home I immediately ordered a Sobella pillow for myself. The Westex Sobella pillow is wonderful! It is soft but very supportive and smushable (!) into whatever configuration I want. "The pillows are great, but I never got any order confirmation or any tracking numbers. I did call in to inquire about my order and was told that I should get them by the end of this week (which I did) but the customer service rep didn't apologize for lack of order confirmation, nor did she even offer to give me the tracking number. I suppose I could have asked for it, but I didn't.
I would understand the lack of confirmation email had I not registered before I ordered. Maybe I'm just spoiled and expect more from customer service agents - I know I expect more from myself, as I work for another company in customer service."

It was a Christmas gift and I still haven't rec'd it on 12/28/12.
