"I ordered $50 worth of socks and hankies in order to receive free shipping, the main item (hankies 6 pk) being for a December birthday gift. I didn't see the part on the order page that indicated to "check this box" for substitute if product was out of stock. I really wanted the 6 hankies gift box and was disappointed when they it wasn't in the shipment. I would then have to order 2 packages of 3 hankies and pay for shipping.

I explained my dilema to the representative at Sockwizard.com (who answered the phone on the 3rd ring!) and asked if my shipping charges for my new order could be waived.

She courteously checked with a supervisor and honored my request.

If you order handkerchiefs for a gift, it would be a good idea to ask for sturdier packaging than an envelope. The plastic gift boxes containing the hankies were slightly crushed.
