"I was worried about buying from an unknown online store, but the 55in Samsung tv that I bought came in perfect condition. It was packed very well. So well that the box containing the tv was also in perfect condition. The shipper also opened the box for us to see if there were any damages.
It took a long time for the tv to arrive. Over a month. But with the money I saved, it was worth it.

"do NOT order from these guys. Bought a 60" Samsung from them. A few emails back and forth confirming purchase. Checked in a week later about shipping and said all was good. A couple days later get an email from them saying they had a delivery truck stolen and lost 120 items so they had to cancel and they'd refund the charge to my credit card. Waited a week to see refund and didn't see anything. Tried their phone number - has been disconnected. Now have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Nightmare. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!!!"

"I ordered a UN55F8000 Samsung TV after ordering at Abes of Maine and Big Box Superstore and canceling the orders. Each place contacted me after the purchase requesting an additional $150 for insurance. This is just another way to get $150 more for their product as these companies are not licensed to sell insurance. They told me the charge was not negotiable. Greystone respected my note for no calls or up sells and sent an email recommending white glove delivery for my large tv; the price was $109 and it would be delivered within 10 business days, with tracking. It was not required, since the tv came with free delivery within 20 business days, approx. 1 month. That was ok with me, as I did not feel cheated and my tv held hostage as with the other companies. On day 9, I had not received tracking info and emailed Greystone. Response was immediate. They apologized, saying delivery was slow from the manufacturer and even though it would be shipped in the next day or two, he was refunding the $109!! The refund was immediate through PayPal. The other sellers advertised PayPal, but I was unable to use the service to pay for the tv (very suspicious) and had to give them my cc info; Greystone allowed me to use PayPal, which I really liked. I received the tv on the 13th business day. The delivery company made an appointment for the delivery and they were polite and very careful. The tv is perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. Based on this experience, I would order from them again."
"Purchased a Samsung UN60F7500. Opted for the standard delivery and not the "preferred" which, they wanted to charge an additional $139 for. After the 21 days as stated still no TV. I called spoke with David Fabonio he said he would send the TV preferred since the truck that my TV was on was not filled yet (they wait till the truck is completely filled before shipping). A week later still no TV. I called again he gave me excuse the truck it was on broke down. Needless to say, 6 weeks total I receive the TV now it gets interesting....
TV is defective from day one. It has a white image on the corners during all dark scenes. I call right back and speak to David who tells me his company does not offer exchanges (all I asked for was an exchange of the same TV, not a refund and money back). Goes on to tell me I would need to contact Samsung who will take care of it. So I do, Samsung sends out a repair tech who tells me TV main board is bad and needs a new one. Would have to take the TV for 5-7 days !!!! to attempt to repair. This is unacceptable. I call Samsung they tell me to return it to Greystone. I call David F back and he refuses to return / replace / exchange the TV basically telling me too bad deal with Samsung's warranty.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , BUYER BEWARE.
Spend the extra $300 or so and buy from Best Buy or Amazon who told me they would have exchanged the TV no questions asked."
"Ordered a 55" TV from Greystone. They waited the full 21 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping. As a result it took exactly six weeks from the date ordered until delivered. In interest of full disclosure, there were two holidays during this six-week period, but still, six weeks. That said, I knew it would take some time to get the TV and the savings certainly outweighed the delivery time. As a buyer, you need to be ready for this. I'd give five stars overall if delivered within the promised time frame, but damn, hard to complain when you save $500."
"Keep in mind their 14-21 business day "Basic Trucking Delivery" can mean approximately one month as will be the case with my shipment.
I ordered a TV on 12/26/13, and as of today, 1/16/2014, per an email to the company, my TV is coming and will be received by the 27th of Jan, 2014 (i.e. by the 21st business day). (just over one month)
Keep in mind if you decide to return your purchase, there is a 35% restocking fee.
Update. On January 21st, a TV was sent from Southern California and it arrived in apparent good condition on the 27th of January (exactly 21 business days later).
In summary, it took one month and one day after the order date to receive the TV, but I did save $350 by purchasing from Greystone. A tradeoff that one must consider when purchasing."
"I ordered the 4k lg la9700 with hesitance as it was my first time to deal with them.for my pleasing surprise,the service that was offered by them was a first class value,excellent communication,didn't try to force any additional charges,nor to force or suggest buying any unnecessary items.
shipping was quick,TV arrived before the estimated delivery date,and the packing of the TV was very good.
I would be glad to shop from their store again.

"Many thanks to David Febonio. Other online stores have hidden cost in fine print. (ie insurance cost, and fine print on using coupon codes) Greystone quotes about same low price as others but with no hidden cost. The price they quote is several hundred dollars cheaper than others as they have no hidden cost. They do have an option of expedited shipping if you want faster shipping than the free shipping but both come with no insurance up charge. My item got to me in 18 business days which is well within the 14-21 days quoted. VERY VERY VERY happy I chose Greystone Appliances for my first online purchase of 65" TV. Saved about $300 over other online stores because of their hidden fee and about $1122 over retail stores because of tax and their sale price. This is the best online transaction I have ever had. They are BBB credited with A+ rating."
"Ordered Samsung Tv at great price and this model was in stock. I was not in a hurry so I did not select optional fast delivery. Delivery was within the stated terms and communication was 1st class. First TV shipped was damaged but immediately replaced by Greystone. Delivery was delayed at no fault of Greystone and TV arrived in perfect shape and very pleased. Saved $500 over local store. "I placed an order on a Samsung TV and get a confirmation email right away. The next day I got an email from someone called David saying that: "Thank you for your purchase. I see that you selected the Basic Trucking for your order. The Basic Trucking option is a 14-21 business day time frame, will get the TV delivered to the curb of your address, and will include tracking info, but there will not be a call-ahead. The TV will need to be inspected for any damage while the carrier is present. The other option is our Preferred Trucking Delivery, which is a 7-10 business day time frame, which will get the TV delivered inside the front door of your home, will include tracking info, and the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. The normal rate for Preferred Trucking is $139...." It seems like they design the basic free shipping in a way that I will have to expect problems in delivery if I don't want to pay for the extra $139." At this point, I'm not feeling so good about the order but I'm going to give them the benefits of doubts since there were positive reviews from people who didn't upgrade their delivery.
It has been 6 business days since I placed the order and it was still showing pending shipment on their website. I tried to call them but no one answered. I may revise my review if things go well later.

"I ordered an LG 60LA7400 from Greystone on 9/8/13. I got an email confirmation immediately. I called the next day Monday to confirm order and Dave called me right back saying all was well. I did not opt for the expedited shipping as I am in no real rush and regular shipping is 14-21 business days. Their website clearly states that insurance is included so again not really worried about the transport:
Trucking Delivery service provides delivery of your item to the front door of your address. The typical transit times for Trucking Delivery is between 14 and 21 business days. The shipment will be fully insured in case there is any damage during transit. If there is any damage, simply refuse the delivery and we will get a new item shipped right away. The shipping carrier will call you when your item arrives at their nearest terminal in your area to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will usually be scheduled as a four-hour window. A signature is required for all deliveries. The driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
My main concern is that after 4 working days my TV still shows pending shipment even the Credit card has posted.. Hopefully it will ship soon and I will update review accordingly

But what I really need to praise is their delivery service, MF, an extraordinary company, freely providing me the equivalent of "white glove" service despite my not paying for this. My TV was unboxed and set-up for me, and I was able to live-test before I was asked to sign for the delivery. You can buy your TVs from Greystone with complete confidence, saving yourself hundreds of dollars."
