"After a several weeks process of deciding on a big screen TV, I narrowed my search to the Samsung 5 series plasma. I came across socket2you, by it being mentioned on a A/V forum. I decided to try them out and emailed them an inquiry regarding a price for a TV I had in mind. They promptly returned my email stating that the TV I wanted (PN58B550) was no longer in stock but they had a newer version (PN58B560). The price was fantastic, even lower than prices for the older model. The big box stores and other online retailers could not come close enough to the price offered by socket2you. The order process was smooth and efficient and the shipping company that delivered the product was curteous, efficient, on time and very easy to reach, to schedule delivery. The only thing I was a bit surprised was that the TV came from Oregon to Philadelphia by air and then it was trucked to my house. In any case, the TV was in great shape, the driver let me inspect it, and it is temporarilty sitting in my living room until the basement is ready for it. Picture out of the box is fantastic, no buzzing and everybody loves the size. I can't wait to play with it once it moves to a permanent spot.
