Subsequently she shipped the wrong software. When I contacted this business I was told to mail it back and they would process a refund immediately. I mailed the item back to them (with tracking info) at my own expense and never heard from them again. Tried to contact them but the didn't answer. I had to go through my credit card company to resolve this. Total crooks!!!
