I had an expired copy of Windows 10 Enterprise, for which several computer 'experts' told me I would have to de-install and reinstall if I wanted to load in a Windows 10 Pro key (essentially downgrading from Enterprise to Pro).
So, I kinda set these guys up with this task without really telling them. Windows gave me error messages when I tried to use the new Windows 10 Pro key. Within 10 mins, their tech support (Jay) got Windows 10 Pro key to work WITHOUT having to uninstall and reinstall Windows. Amazing!!!"
