I ordered a shotgun condenser microphone and instead received a pair of headphones. There customer service department is very unprofessional and incompetent. Instead of giving me what I originally ordered, they raised the price and expected me to pay additional money to receive it."

They sent me email confirmations of my registration and order immediately, and an email with FedEx tracking number first thing the next day. Product arrived quickly, and is exactly as advertised. I'm very pleased with them, and would order from them again."
