"Since there was only one previous review, I was a little nervous about ordering from the company.
But, since the only review was positive, I'd thought I'd give it a try.
When ordering the software, they offer the opportunity to purchase a 'Backup CD' with the software. I thought: "So, I'm purchasing software without the media?" This could mean that they are selling the license key. I wasn't sure what this meant, but I went ahead and purchased. The screen states that I will receive an email with the purchase details.
Within an hour, I received an email with the link to download the software. I installed the software, and checked the license. It has a valid license (according to the software manufacturer). Apart from the lack of explanation about how this would work, I thought the process went well.

"I have ordered software titles and PC games from Software.com a couple of times and have found it a good site to find, purchase and download the latest versions of the software I want for my computers. Pricing and delivery of download link was very good on the latest purchase I had of a PDF converter which was also my experience on earlier transactions. I did have to return one title as I was not able to get it to run on vista but the return was easy enough to request and receive. Anyway, it is another site I will gladly use again in the future."
