"Although the main page advertises "unlimited downloads" they do restrict you to an arbitrary amount of downloads as determined by themselves on a case by case basis. I subscribed to the service specifically because the advertisement said "unlimited downloads" and once i was registered proceeded to start downloading. A couple days later my account couldnt download any thing so i contacted them. They replied

I gave my existing project to this company to customize and make it live. But they did not complete it. They charged me the amount first and even after depositing the amount but they did not completed my project and have not even refunded my amount yet.

I was supposed to "automatically" get an email with the download link and password, and now, even 24 hours after contacting customer support, I still do not have it. They are now telling me it doesn't "automatically" get emailed. So does every customer have to contact customer support to get them to send the link? This is ridiculous and very frustrating.
