"The good things were that the service was quick and end result 5 star.
My problem was that I didn't know that I needed to remove my old/expired Office software, still not sure. I spent quite a bit of time finding and activating the new Office software. I was not able to find any useful info on help screens, and at some points only had the option of asking questions that were either irrelevant or non-sensical. I managed to complete removal and activation processes via a stream of logic driven randomised assumptions.
I would love to know if the entire process would have been automatic (or close to it), had I removed the old software prior to download. I do not recall seeing any info to suggest that.
I think that at one point I asked for real person service help, but to no avail."
