"I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered a copy of PC Anywhere from Softwareetcetera via Amazon.com. The CD never arrived. They ignored my first email asking where it was and only responded when I threatened to file a claim. They said an employee was selling instead of sending the merchandise and offered a send the CD the following week or give me a refund. I opted for the refund which never materialized. To thier credit, Amazon.com credited my credit card and booted this seller from their site.
