Your email reply to my Chat with your agent should show "SoftwareKeep" in the sender address because that is "who" I see when shopping and purchasing. Instead your email is too generic:
"Software Store " and a shortform address of " Software Store". This is a little unnerving as I try to keep control of my personal info and CC number.

Please allow a first Initial only in First Name field of Billing Address--this is recommended for security purposes.

Glad you delete Credit Card info when I had to leave the Cart/Order screen.
