I therefore started a chat with the support group and Daniel quickly answered me. After a few questions, he was able to pinpoint where the problem was (it was related to me having more than one Microsoft account). Daniel provided me with a link from which I could proceed with the download and kindly explained me how to install the software. I am grateful that the issue could be solved rapidly and that Daniel was very polite and considerate while chatting."

"Having bought a new laptop I wanted to purchase the Microsoft Office Home & Student package through Softwarekeep. I placed my order and paid for same to the value of €89.00, but was unable to download the above so contacted Softwarekeep Support to ascertain the reason for same. I was then asked to provide a snapshot of my bank details to confirm that I was the "actual purchaser". I was very wary of supplying this information so then I was asked to supply details of my Visa Card, last 4 digits, expiry date, etc. I had never been asked to provide such details heretofore from any reputable company that I have dealt with and felt that Softwarekeep would fall into this category. I was not happy with their response as above so I immediately asked for a refund as I felt my transaction was not safe, thus my one star review. I was extremely disappointed with the Customer Support response and would be reluctant to deal with this company again."
