"I need help from one of your specialists to get my SW to work. I have a 2 year old IMac, latest OS, running on Big Sur. Installing the MS Office 2016 was successful, required updates, which it started to install, but then stopped saying there was an error. But I did try to open the part that had been installed which immediately disappeared. Using my Finder, I cannot find any record of its recent download, there was nothing to find with the date of the install. I have reinstalled it, but this time there was nothing available to open. I have previously downloaded the latest MS Office Word, but all I have with that is a 1 month free use; I wonder if I should delete that App, as it seems to default to it if I try to find the MS Office download that I have just purchased from you and installed."
