"I ordered some software from this seller that they could not deliver. They didn't have the item in stock, yet they advertise on pricegrabber.com the lowestt prices just to get customers. I finally cancelled my order after waiting for it to arrive for 2 weeks, yet they never issued a credit back for the item, and now I am left filing formal complaints with my credit card company just to get my money back. I don't recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Stick with someone reliable like Newegg, AccuPC, or Global2000."
"I ordered a Tungsten T3 on January 8, 2004.
On January 9th Softwareprince.com billed me $350.64.
On January 10th they cancelled my order.
On January 12th they billed me a second time for $350.64.
They have now billed me twice for a product - and they cancelled my order.
I have submitted disputes with my credit card company, and Softwareprince.com has not responded once to many emails and calls to their customer service phone.

"Order two items, Nero 6 Ultra (Thats what it said on the web site} and received Nero express, Web site was incorrect. Ordered Word Perfect 11 office and they charged me right away. Invoce showed it in the Box, No Wordperfect 11. They said it was coming after several emails they said they would refund the money. It took a couple of more emails and they did refund the credit card.
They don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. Only after leaving several messages did they return my calls and several emails did they refund the Money. I will not buy from them again."
