"If I could give a ZERO I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased, started the download (which i was told will take 20-30 minutes TOPS!) and it would not download. Shared my computer with EMILY and she started to download OTHER programs on my computer with OUT my permission. Tried calling in was on hold for over 20 minutes. Then manager Sterling (could be a fake name) called me and was the most rude person called me an idiot, insane, and stupid for wanting a refund.
