"I ordered Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. I downloaded the software and loaded onto the 4 computers we were upgrading. None of the product keys given worked and I have tried several times to contact you through email requesting valid product keys or a refund and no one replies. I have had to purchase the software elsewhere to upgrade the machines.
I request that you send a full refind for the 2 purchases I made as outlined below."
"I purchased Microsoft Office from softwareany.com on January 15th. It is now February 5th and I have yet to receive a product. When trying to call the contact phone number, I got "Not a working number." I also attempted to send an e-mail which I have yet to get an answer from. This site is a FRAUD and my money has been STOLEN. DO NOT give these people your money like I did."
"This company is a scam. The email on their Paypal account is inactive. The phone number is not valid. Their web site security certificate is for another site and self certified. I have requested a refund from then and Paypal and that is pending. Their e-commerce site is actually tagged "Buy perfect." Beware!!"
"I ordered a Microsoft Office suite, and paid for it in full. I did not receive the email confirmation number with the product activation code. I called the phone number they gave me to report problems... but the number they had given does not work. Nor would they respond to any of the emails I sent them.
After 5 days I called PayPal and reported it...PayPal froze my payment to this company, giving them ten days to fix it...or if they didn't, PayPal would refund me my money. It was amazing how fast a response I got from this company once PayPal had frozen the money in their account. Later that day, I finally received the email with the activation code... The code I received seems to have worked for now. Here's hoping it is good. I just have to say...buyer beware, you might have the same problems I did."
"This company is a scam. I purchased from them in August when they were still under BuyNowAll.com (look it up, you can see the countless terrible reviews). I had no problems with my product key at first, but as of a couple months ago, I started getting Microsoft product key errors. Their customer service phone number is down, they cannot be contacted through paypal, and they do not respond to emails. Even PayPal knows they are scammers and still does nothing. Save yourself the money and buy elsewhere!"

Even called Microsoft to activate and they said it was invalid as well. I have only received one response that asked if I had downloaded the software from the links that they sent me and I responded that I had and it still would not activate. I have sent several other emails and still have not received a response. I have requested a refund and still have not received a response. I have tried to contact by phone and the call will not go thru."
