"We worked with SoftwareJones to purchase Microsoft volume licensing for Windows Server, SQL Server, and associated CALs. We had a pre-purchase question about the Open License program that SoftwareJones promptly answered allowing us to understand which items to purchase. We had one problem related to the description of a SQL Server item in SoftwareJones's system versus the Microsoft item that it was associated with, so we did not end up with the right item ordered and in Microsoft's system. But more importantly, SoftwareJones addressed this problem, corrected the order with Microsoft to be what we were intending to order, and corrected its system. We will go with SoftwareJones again for future Microsoft licensing needs. We also subsequently purchased a new version of Crytal Reports that we needed from SoftwareJones, this one retail box."

"We were needing additional Device CALs for our SBS 2003 server and SoftwareJones came thru in a Flash for us and at a great price. The only issue was that the MicroSoft VLSC had only 1 5 pack listed for us (we had ordered and paid for 2 5 packs)and it was the 2011 version. SWJ quickly fixed the problem with the missing 5 pack and the VLSC was able to downgrade the 2011 CALs to 2003 and send me the key needed to install on the 2003 SBS Server. "Just understand that you don't get a hard copy, just the licence and then you are able to download from microsoft. But they can order a hard copy if you want for a low cost.

I just don't like the way microsoft asks to have an msn account or if you want to use other mail then you have to make a passport account.
