It looked like you were running the default installer which installs a 32-bit version of Outlook which triggered the error message since you already have other Office apps installed in 64-bit. Like what our team advised in their response to your email, open the downloaded installer and look for the folder labeled "Office" and run the setup64.exe file there to start installing a 64-bit version of Outlook and avoid the error during installation.
