The original instructions didn't indicate that I'd have to remove my Office 365 that would also not update. the first key code they sent wouldn't work and after I mess with it for awhile ,I contact them on line chat and the told me that they had a problem with some bad "key codes" and they would send me a new one within 24 hours, the next morning they did and it worked just fine.
