"I purchased Avast software and the purchased was confirmed and my credit card charged. I waited an hour for the license that was not emailed. The email I did receive was confirming that my refund was being processed. I didn't request a refund so I called your office. An agent responded telling me that the software was out of stock so a refund was issued, That process makes no sense to me, Your system should have told me the software was out of stock before accepting my order. It was a total waste of time, not to mention frustrating."
