"I found it difficult to find specific OS requirements for software options. For example, the requirements were "a newer or the most recent version" or similar description with no specific version numbers.

The response email showed a different version than what I requested in the purchase and that a later confirmation email showed. Further the email was clear that if I used the code to redeem and activate the software (and thus find out what I actually received) then no refund was possible.

I had to use the chat function twice to get clarification. I was told I got a "free upgrade since they were 'out of keys' for the version I requested." Really!? The result was software installed I did not want, in fact would prefer to avoid."

"I had no issues with the purchase. The process throughout was smooth except when it came to the download onto my computer. This happened to occur when other issues re the computer surfaced. The reason the program would not down load was because it was Windows and I have a Mac. Pure and simple, I was not paying attention when I placed my order and that should not take away from the excellent experience I had up to the point of my error. "
