"I ordered MS Office, received an email within 15 minutes, followed the instructions provided in their email, signed onto the Microsoft site, registered my product, and I was in business. I'm very happy with how much money I saved, because I had put off buying the product because of the steep price. When I saw their price, I jumped on it.

A few days before downloading Office, I had gone to the Apple store and downloaded a "free" copy of Word, but when I tried to open it, I got a screen telling me to buy the entire suite. But the download left software on my computer. The instructions from SoftwareKeep said to remove any prior software. I searched the Internet on how to remove Word from my computer, and deleted all the files and fragments. My installation was therefore without issue.
