"I purchased a product key for Office 2010 Professional from SoftwareSituation.com. Upon first install it wouldn't activate. I was advised by the seller to try to activate by phone, which worked at that time. About 9 months later (when I installed Windows 10 upgrade to the PC) the software stopped working claiming it was unlicensed. It refused to activate over the internet and phone activation wouldn't work either. The seller said the key was valid when they sold it and I needed to contact Microsoft. Microsoft advised the key I was sold had been blocked due to abuse and I needed to contact the seller. I'm thus left with an invalid product key and no where to turn for help. Won't be buying from SoftwareSituation.com again."
