Over the past two months I called and spoke with AZ Wind & Sun people and asked so many questions - what a pain in the ass I've been. My knowledge was almost zero - I literally went by a book but I had so many questions that it didn't answer that were answered by the fine folx at AW&S . They answered the most basic, beginner questions without a chuckle - (that I could hear anyhow). Tho I did end up purchasing several items from them, they weren't certain of a sale at the time.
