"My experience was okay but not great. When I paid, I specified 2 e-mails to get invoice information on and never got it at the second email (which is the one I use the most). 7 days after my order (with no information to this second email), I wrote to NAWS and they replied (finally) and the shipment had, in fact been delivered that day, so I guess that is not too bad, but not great, either. For some reason PayPal, through whom I paid, did not show when item was shipped (as do most vendors with whom I deal; not sure why but hope it is not characteristic for NAWS). Will probably do business with them again but will telephone them next time to get better information on tracking. Their shipping charge was much lower than other vendors for the same item and for that I am greatly grateful."

I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect E-Panel. When I discovered my mistake I call customer service and explained my mistake. The rep helped me select the correct E-Panel and also gave me the RMA for the incorrect panel, all within 4 or 5 minutes.
A few days later, I also received an email from the VP.

I was a clerk at Sears 40 years ago and the first thing they used to teach you was that the Customer is always right and always comes first.
Arizona Wind and Sun hasn't forgotten that!
This is where I'll buy any and all of my equipment from now on.

The DANKOFF DC water pump I just bought is top quality and is manufactured here in New Mexico where I live. Shipping was straight from the manufacturer and it only took 3 days from order to delivery.

"My experience with Northern Arizona Wind and Sun was excellent! The Kyocera 135 watt solar panel arrived at my home in southern Oregon in fine shape via UPS. It was well-packaged, with large slabs of styrofoam on both sides of the panel and on all four corners. A second box was packed with styrofoam peanuts and contained a Samlex 300 watt sine wave inverter, 30 feet of 2-conductor 10 gauge wire, and a set of mounting feet with stainless steel hardware for the panel. The Morningstar SS10 charge controller arrived a couple of days later, direct-shipped from the factory. I called Wind & Sun with a couple of questions which they quickly answered, then installed everything in my fifth-wheel travel trailer. The system works great!
