"I bought and payed for a charge controller from them. They canceled my order and never contacted me to let me know. Found out when I went looking to see why I never received my controller.

Makes me think they are laundering money to cover bills. My refund stated it could take 30 days to finalize the refund.

"Solarhome helped me with every step of my RV solar installation. They were very accessible and I never had to wait more than 30 minutes fr a call back when I had a problem. I highly recommend Solarhome. I had called several solar companies that simply would not deal with such a small system."

"I purchased a TriStar MPPT Charge Controller from solarhome.org which arrived defective. I followed instructions from the Manufacturer to verify that there was indeed something wrong with the product. Oh well, stuff happens, right? I wasnt all that upset about it, so I called the "Customer Service" number of solarhome.org and was dumped into a voicemail box that said "We WILL call you back within an hour". Well... they didn't, I called the next morning and left another message, then sent an email, then called back 5 other times over the course of two days. Nothing. no response, nobody ever answers the phone or responds to email. All I'm looking for is an exchange. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from solarhome.org, while they ship fast if you ever have a problem, it appears their standard method of dealing with it is to ignore their customers."
