"I went on the website to purchase a Renogy solar system. They have a picture directly under the package which shows the 9 panels and batteries and components but when the solar package arrives there are no batteries. I called Michelle who called the owner Bryan Mass he emailed me to tell me the package doesn't include batteries. What a scam! I told him he needs to write next to the picture *excludes batteries because I probably wouldn't have purchased the system. Now I have to go through the expense of returning a 9 panel system simply because the owner won't honor his marketing scheme and simply send the 4 batteries as pictured directly below the description of what is being purchased. Its a great marketing scam Buyers be aware."
"Talked to Michelle ( aka "supervisor/manager") regarding this skylight, the website shows dimensions of inside Curb (in.) 46.5 X 46.5 Outside Curb (in.) 49.5 X 49.5, but in reality THIS SKYLIGHT IS 52 ON THE OUTSIDE AND 49.5 ON THE INSIDE ( so your framing preparing instead of 46x46 must be 49x49) .... BUT INSEAD TRYING TO GET INFORMATION FROM ME , SHE WAS OVER AND OVER TELLING ME THAT IM WRONG AND SHES RIGHT WHEN MY ROOFERS SPEND OVER HALF A DAY TO MODIFY THE OPENING TO FIT THIS SKYLIGHT, THEY DID IT BUT NOW I HAVE OVERSIZE SKYLIGHT ON MY ROOF, roofing company said this is not first time that they have this problem regarding this product.
