"In June of 2010 we purchased a 400 watt solar system with the inverter, panels, baby fuse box etc. This was our very first exposure to solar power and we had no idea what to expect. It was a large investment; and we had no experience.

than in providing helpful information. We weeded through the bad ones after talking with all the companies we could. The company that came out above all the rest was Solatron Technologies, Inc.
Solatron didn’t just answer our questions, but went beyond by saving us money and showing us alternatives. They helped us from the beginning to the end. When we placed our order there was a delay on the suppliers end. Solatron contacted us and gave us the option to wait or they would make it right by substituting with another product and refunding the difference. We truly appreciated Solatron contacting us to resolve this issue.
After we received the kit we were overwhelmed. We called Solatron and they walked us through the tough parts and made
it easy. I have dealt with many companiesin our lifetime and without a question Solatron knows how to earn business and keep it. Their support department is better than any I have ever found.
If every company used the same business
formula as Solatron, buying materials and equipment would be less of a hassle. Solatron has certainly earned our business. Call them; they deserve a try.
