"I ordered a pair of shoes & paid for the 2-16-14 & was told they would arrive in 5-10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them and was told they were shipped & I would get tracking #. I never did. After 2 months I am out my money--no shoes--no reply to e-mails or snail mails--this company is obviously either fake or just rips customers off--BEWARE!"

"I ordered boots from soleshoppers on February 14 th. The company emailed me on the 18th and said that my order was cancelled due to a delay and that I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days. I did not receive a refund. I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back that way. I am really not sure if this is even a real company! I would not have placed the order if I had read the reviews online first."

"Placed order for one pair of shoes on 2013-12-11. Order status updated to "Marked as shipped" around 2013-12-24. I asked four times, over the course of two weeks, for a tracking number--they never provided me with one. Received a parcel with shoes that were correct size but wrong color on 2014-01-27. Not even going to bother trying to get the right color.

**BOTTOM LINE** Received wrong-colored shoes 47 days after placing order; communication with company was futile."
