After my initial order I sent them an email to confirm I had submitted the correct size shoe and complemented them on their great prices. I quickly received an email back complaining that I shouldn't use the the term "cheapest".
Since then I've had no emails, no credit card charges, nothing.
I have canceled my order (it's been over a month) and I am contacting my bank to cancel the payment.
Shame on you sole crafters."
"Is there anybody there? My order, placed on 2 Feb, is still 'processing'. Online chat is always offline. The telephone is unanswered and the mailbox is full. Three emails have gone unanswered. The only good thing is my credit card payment has not been processed so I'm off to cancel the payment with my credit card company. How I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed my order. My advice - shop elsewhere."

"Very bad customer service. I was told my package will ship in a couple of days. But it never did.
Afterwards no one would answer my emails and the phone number that I found, didn't work.

Solecrafters got back to me. The delays were because of Merrell and bad weather. The correspondence was really nice and now my boots are on the way.
Still can't give five stars as the process took over a month, but I would place another order with them. Good job.

Placed my order waited 2 weeks. Upon not getting my shoes or any explanation for any delay I went to the website to find out. My order was showing as "processing" and there was no further information. Emailed solecrafters multiple times asking for the status of my order and as it is no surprise, there was no response. Fortunately, since I paid through PayPal I filed a dispute. Solecrafter did not bother responding to PayPal's email regarding the case either. I was able to get my money back after a month.
Don't waster your money!"
"In line with most of the posts here - ie the ones that seem authentic, this operation is dodgy. Ordered shoes two months ago. The site says they're 'processing' which doesnt allow me to cancell the order and they do not answer emails. Dont use them, absolutely no standards or integrity."

"Purchased Dr Martens Boots: it was shipped, BUT the product was defective so I had to ship it back. Solecrafters agreed to re-imburse me $19.00 for the return shipping cost. That was Oct 05 , and I am STILL waiting for that $19.00. On top of that, they wouldn't ship my replacement until I filed a grievance with PayPal for non-receipt of shoes. They finally shipped the replacemnt boots in November 02. So , I will NOT be ordering from them again, and I am telling you BUYER BEWARE. If you have any problems with the product, they are not helpful at all!! There will be NO service."
"I placed an order for two pairs of shoes in October
I got a response e-mail telling me that the shoes should arrive to me in Melbourne in seven to ten days. after two weeks nothing I checked my account to track the order it stated the the order is being processed. I sent an e-mail asking about the order no response in total I sent four e-mails to which I got nothing back. I had payed for the goods through Paypal thankfully I made a claim in order to get my money back within two days Paypal had refunded the money, thanks. "
"Sent them a email couple of days after ordering asking when they would send shoes out, got a reply saying "They will ship in a day or two." that was the entire text of the email, no names or anything. Since then nothing has been sent and they have not replied to any emails. Thankfully they have not debited my credit card. I have sent them an email canceling the order which i have not got a reply to either. The absolute worst customer service I have had from any online store."
