"The tire I received is not what I ordered, and I haven’t been able to get them to send me a return shipping label. Getting responses like “under investigation” and “still processing” isn’t working for me. The wrong tire was shipped, send me a friggin label. They have pictures of the tire with the shipping label still attached, I should be able to send it back without all the hassle. Also, I’m not sure why they even bother to list a phone number on their site, no explanation needed on that. Side note: I figured out who the supplier is and I don’t think they even have the tire I want because I had already checked with them before ordering one from Solomoto. It’s a reputable supplier to the motorcycle community that I know would have taken care of this right away. I may try to work something out with them directly. I regret this purchase and will never consider this reseller again."
