Shipping was extremely fast even though I elected regular ground shipping. All products ordered were received and accurate to my order. Would have liked to have seen some sort of break on shipping costs if purchase was over a certain dollar amount like I have seen with many other online stores. "Awsome customer service was super fast to buy the board I wanted and get back to work during a lunch break. Bought a Travis rice c2btx for 420ish bucks! Way cheaper than any wear anywhere else! This snowboard was factory B condition which means it has no performance defects whatsoever, only some kind of cosmetic defect, usually it is so small you can't even notice. Mine had a out of focus graphic on the bottom of the board, unless you knew exactly what the board was supposed to look like you would never know, but it is on the bottom and now you have a unique board! How many people can say they have a one of a kind Lib Tech board? After I placed my order I called and spoke to their customer support, awsome guy, I called asking if it could get shipped out that day only a few hours before close and he did it! Ordered my board on Monday and got it Thursday! Come with full one year warranty, brand new smell and all. Will recommend business for this company. "
