"I initially had some problems with ordering online. I called in to the Solstice contact number, and was informed the reason I was unsuccessful in ordering. I had supplied an address different from that of my bank card/billing information. The Solstice Supply employee genuinely helped me! He gave me specs of the available items, down to characteristics of individual brands, and helped me place an order over the phone.

There was, however a mishap! It turns out that the shipping address (Friend's PO BOX), was not valid and/or closed?! I was disheartened to find out that the items were returned to SENDER!!!

I realize that Solstice Supply isn't primarily responsible for the status of shipments after they have been filled and sent out, however, I am still trying to figure out how to get my shipment. I am nauseous at the prospect of paying for restocking and/or second shipping!!!!

I am very satisfied with Solstice, and will be ecstatic when they help me sort out the above mishap.
