I made a request to this store on November 28, buy 2 pairs and really, because they gave you shop at this store was for their pros.

Anyway, I ordered 2 pairs after payment, a day or less the day after you make the payment they send me an email, confirming the shipping address, mentioning that that day will come and I was left surprised by the speed, I confirmed my address there all right.

4 days ago I received notification that my package came not only to the country, if not that was in my mail service, you can imagine my shame and remorse, how I feel ?

First I wanted to go pick up the package to check what had happened and the package status. The package was in perfect nicely wrapped and protected conditions, the envelope that came had very nice decals and apart of the lenses.
come to 3 contact lenses cases, also they sent me one feather very cute, 1 pair of beautiful earrings, and 1 kit of Hello kitty. The true surprise me is was I saw all the thing, ( so a thousand and one excuses solution lenses are an excellent shop, I embarrassed myself, my attitude and my impatience)

This is a great store to buy Circle lenses so if you give them a recommendation is to be very patient because my package took almost 68 days to reach Mexico.

The pros of buying from this store are several:

Hola, buenos días hoy quiero hacer una reseña sobre la tienda solution-lense.com, bueno para comenzar a la tienda le debo una disculpa por la impaciencia sobre mi paquete, les comentare para que ustedes puedan entenderme.
Yo hice un pedido a esta tienda el 28 de diciembre, compre 2 pares y me regalaron mucho, la razón por la que compre en esta tienda fue por sus pros.
En fin, pedí 2 pares, después de realizar el pago, al día o menos del día después de realizar el pago ellos me mandan un correo, confirmando la dirección del envió, mencionando que ese día saldrá y yo me quedé sorprendida por la rapidez, confirmé mi dirección y hay todo bien.
He aquí el problema, ellos me enviaron el TN para rastrear mi paquete, paso mucho tiempo para que se actualizarán los estados del paquete y eso me confundió y preocupo un poco, para no hacerles el cuento largo pasaron 45 días y no tenía mi paquete malamente inicie una disputa, cuando la tienda cumplió en tiempo y forma y el resto era responsabilidad de los tiempos de correo, por eso menciono que les debo una disculpa a SOLUTION LENSES
Ellos se comunicaron conmigo para tratar de arreglar el problema, pero no quise escuchar y seguí con esta situación (malamente), después de un tiempo dejé de ver el número de guía.
Hace 4 días me llego la notificación de que llego mi paquete no solo al país, si no que estaba en mi servicio postal, podrás imaginar mi vergüenza y remordimiento hacia la tienda.
Primero quise ir a recoger el paquete para checar que había pasado y el estado del paquete. El paquete estaba en perfectas condiciones muy bien envuelto y protegido, el sobre en el que venía tenia calcomanías muy bonitas y adentro además de las lentillas estabas, casets para guardar las lentillas 1 por cada par ósea 3, además me enviaron 1 pluma muy mona, 1 par de aretes preciosos, y 1 kit de hellow kitty. La verdad me asombro tantas cosas, además yo de escandalosa acusando de cosas que no eran, por eso mil y un disculpas solution lenses son una excelente tienda, me doy vergüenza a mí misma, por mi actitud y mi impaciencia.
Esta es una excelente tienda para comprar circle lenses, lo que si les doy una recomendación es que sean sumamente pacientes porque mi paquete tardo casi 68 días en llegar a México.
Los pros de comprar en esta tienda son varios:

• Precio muy competitivo $19.90 dólares el par
• 100% originales hechos en corea
• Envió gratis
• Excelente respuesta y rápido envió.
• Servicio y respuesta al cliente al 100%

"I have the same impressions as aoberry. I ordered from them and wrote a review with all what they asked in it to get a free pair from them, only to be told it wasn't incomplete, and not how to complete it.
I realized a year later (and only because a friend told me) that they reuploaded my review to their site anyway, without any links or any permission on my side. I contacted them about this (had to write to their FB page in order for them to notice my mail), and they answered rudely, telling me they don't need any permission to repost it and that they won't send me the free pair they advertise until my review is complete. Still no explanation on how to complete it.
All in all, they advertise something that they don't do, and use the photos their customers upload for their own promotion, without any consent. I still can't get them to take it down."

"The lenses and gifts did all arrive and the quality was fine, but the shipping took 5 weeks to canada, which is a bit too long. Also their service is terrible... I tried many times to post comments on their website, none of which ever published. They seem to only publish positive comments. Also when i tried to contact their FB page which replied quickly, but said they are separate from customer service and will replay my message, but they never got back to me... this almost seems like a joke. They also promote their "write a review, get a free pair" offer which seems too good to be true but of course, since they pretend they don't get your message, this is probably a scam. "

"There sending people the wrong sizes. Ordered 15.0 diameter and they send 14.5. Even the bottle says there sizes LOL and they won't let you leave negative feedback either. This is there response -

it is close to amazon in terms of usability, but focused on contact lens.
i love the choice, love the free gifts, although the price could always be lower, 20 bucks a pair is not cheap. Better to buy in bulk of 3 or more to get the "correct" price per unit."

"I am so impressed by this shop, I am now living in France and bought circle lenses because they are difficult to find here. This shop headquarter is in Belgium and I got my lenses 4 days after I placed my order (free express Chronopost delivery when you order 5 pairs) and also they sent me 2 free pair, amazing !!! "My package never came but was returned to their store after 2 months. When I said no to having them send it again, they refused to return my money. The pricing looks good but it is not worth it, terrible service. I never got my contacts and never got my money back.
Also, beware because they DELETE all negative feedback on their website."
