"I saw their listing on ebay for a battery for my Minolta A-200 and wanted to purchase 2 from them. They had a toll-free number in their listing so I called and spoke with Josh who told me I could purchase over the phone. I gave him my Credit Card number and email address. He told me he would email a confirmation. After 3-days I called back telling them no email was received. They told me they had shipped the batteries and they should arrive in 4 days. They did not arrive. I called back and was told they had a fire and lost all records of my sale. I then ordered again from them and finally received my batteries on 2-17-2005 and they were the wrong ones (they sent me batteries for a A1 Minolta.) I emailed them immediatly and they responded within 2-hours asking for my phone number promising to call. That was the last I heard from them. I have emailed them several times in the last 3-days with no response. I am hoping they will make it right and will add comments at a later time to let you know if they did in fact make it right. UPDATE... I received a phone call from "Mike" on 2-24 telling me he had definetly shipped the right batteries out on 2-24 and when I received them I was to send the wrong ones back and they would refund my shipping... Guess what!?!?!? Its 3-9-2005 and still nothing. I will give them until this weekend then I will report them to the BBB and contact Visa for a reversal of funds.
It's now 4/11/2005 and I had to contact my credit card company for a "charge back" a week ago and have received my money back. Stay clear of this outfit!!! They are not worth the headache. Worst business I have encountered since I started using the internet."

"Ordered a Fuji FinePix S602 3.3 Megapixel Digital Camera. I was told it was not in stock, and that it will arrive towards the end of March. It didn't, and I haven't heard from these guys. I tried to reach them on April 07th, but they don't answer, and their web site has gone off line. It looks to me like they went under (or decided to close down their scam operation), which comes as no surprise. I would have just liked to have known earlier. Thankfully, I wasn't charged, but I really dislike having ever provided them with my credit card number."
"Purchased the camera and accessories on the 13th of March, however, in the past 6 weeks, I have heard nothing. I was billed immediatley. I have called and emailed several times and been told, "It will be out in a few days." We did receive part of the accessories, but nothing more.
I checked the website today (4-23-03) and it is not available and no one is answering their toll free phone line.

"Order placed as an overnight order and they only shipped partial order two weeks later. The order was for an accessary kit for a digital camera (14 pcs) to this date one item has not shipped and the credit card was billed when the first partial shipment was made. "
"Ordered a Canon ZR45MC. No where on the site did it mention if it were in stock or out of stock. After two days I sent an e-mail to the company to see if the order shipped and got no response. Three days after I placed the order I sent another e-mail and was told to call them. I called and was told that Canon no longer makes the ZR45MC. I then asked the rep if they even had the camera in stock when I placed the order and he said no. So all this hunting and scratching trying to find out whether or not my order was shipped turned out in me having to call them to get told they never had any which could have easily been done via e-mail."
