"I've had a great experience with Soma. I first saw an ad for it on facebook prior to its release and I was really interested so I signed up for subscription emails. Once they announced that the filters were available for purchase, I bought one.

Water filters are a necessity living in LA but between 3 roommates, no one ever knew when or if our old filter had last been changed. For that reason, the subscription filters were really appealing. Not to mention the filters are bio-degradable. As eco-conscious 20-somethings, sustainability is always attractive.

The product itself is great. The carafe is much prettier than our old filter and takes up less space in our fridge (no bulky handle that reduces utility per volume). Our water tastes great (a difficult task in LA), we always have a good filter, and we are taking a more sustainable approach to a function that is necessity of life where we live.
