"When I decided to buy this car stereo I did not realize it would not take the place of my current stereo. It would be in addition too and would take up my below compartment. I don't need two radios or any less room in my car. So I wanted to return it. I contacted Sonic and wanted to start the return process. However, I didn't originate an account an account with them at first as I went through Paypal. So it doesn't show up as an item I even purchased and can not get an RA# (which they keep telling me to go into my account to start the process). So I keep getting the runaround. Make sure you originate an account with them right away or you will probably have the same problem I do!"
"this company is so quick to take your money but when the goods got lost they find all pathetic accuses not to refund or re-send the item. i have paid for an item end of May 2016 and until today i have not receive it. they are messing me about, giving all sort of excuses. i'm very disappointed with them, such a disgraceful company. "I placed a 225.00 order a month ago and still have not received it. After waiting for 3 weeks for my order I spent 3 days of trying to contact them about the order. The "Verification Team" finally responded to my email and tried to blame UPS and told me to file a claim, even though the order had never shipped. Now they will not answer the phone, return my phone calls or respond to my emails to let me know whats going on even though they already accepted payment from me a month ago. "Purchased refurbished UE Megaboom Bluetooth speaker from Sonic Electronix. Sounds great, all functions work except charging. Charger works on other devices, assuming problem is with speaker itself. Updated speaker firmware, using most current app for android tablet. Contacted UE, awaiting reply. Will return it to Sonic Electronix if necessary. First time purchasing a refurb of any kind, might be the last. No fault of Sonic, expect them to process a return/exchange just as efficiently as the original purchase. Will buy from Sonic again when the opportunity arises."
