"Purchased an order online for $300.00 for Acid 5.0 loops on CD. No priority overnight shipping or ability to choose between UPS or FED-EX. Order took 3 days before they sent it out to the shipper. Order arrived and everything is okay. Make a second larger order of $900.00 from them online. More than a business week goes by and I still don't have a shipping confirmation so give them a call to see what is holding up my order. The salesman states that the order is lost and I could place the order again but it may be double billed if they find the old order. Spoke to a Supervisor who wanted a photo ID and past credit card bill faxed to them to complete a new order. Don't feel like that is a reasonable request--and since he was rude and obnoxious I took my $900.00 order somewhere else! Will never buy from them again!
