"This website is a scam. I received two pairs of headphones, but were missing the instructions manual and warranty guide that is described on their website. One of the headphones didn't work either. I emailed the customer support to try and return, but they just kept asking me to take photos and videos of the headphones so they can assess the issue before allowing the return. I started emailing them 14 days ago, and still haven't been able to get the return process started. They are refusing to let me just return the product. "

And while this is probably worth little to nothing on the internet, I can honestly say I am not an employee or was asked to write this for them.
I was a little hesitant to order anything from Sound Earphones at first, but they had a great deal available that I just couldn't resist and based on the few but positive testimonies here, I gave it a shot. While this may be an exception to most cases, I received my shipping information and tracking number exactly 15 minutes after my order confirmation. That turnaround time is nothing short of insane. Not only that, but I got free UPS next day air with the order, and received the package well-wrapped the following afternoon.
I am absolutely mind-blown as to how efficient the company is. They have just earned themselves a future customer."
