"I bought a T90 System with a T70 Sub from Soundcity.com this week. When I pulled it out of the box I saw that the cover to the sub was broken. It seemed to me like it was broken before shipment because there was lint etc on the inside of the speaker cover.
I have attempted to contact Sound City multiple times via email and voice mail. I have not received any response.
It seems that they are ignoring me.
